Focused expertise

Not a general takedown agency. This is all we do.

XRemovr is built specifically for intimate images and videos shared without permission. That focus shapes the evidence we collect, the policies we use, the way we communicate with platforms, and the privacy safeguards around each case.

Search removal

Eligible links, image results, cached results and search associations are submitted through the appropriate removal channels.

Source & platform reports

Requests are directed to the websites and platforms hosting, reposting or surfacing the reported intimate material.

Sexual deepfakes

AI-generated and digitally altered sexual imagery is handled through the policies designed for synthetic intimate content.

Reappearance support

When the same material resurfaces through mirrors or new URLs, those locations can be added to the ongoing case history.

The consent line matters

Consent to create is not consent to distribute.

A private photo, private stream or consensually created image can still become non-consensual when it is recorded, reposted, published or indexed without permission.

Private or limited sharing does not automatically authorize public redistribution.

Deepfakes and manipulated sexual depictions can require a different policy path.

Search removal and source removal are different processes and may be pursued separately.

Distribution permission
Reported third-party copy
NOT GRANTED
Private creation May be consensual
Public repost Not authorized
Search indexing Not authorized
XRemovr case principle

The reported distribution is evaluated separately from whether the content was originally created consensually.

How it works

One case, handled as a coordinated removal workflow.

The same material can appear in search, on the source site and across mirrors. We document the locations, identify the appropriate route and track the outcome.

01
Intake

Show us where the content appears.

Start with URLs, search results and a short explanation. Do not send more intimate material than the process actually needs.

02
Assessment

We map the right removal paths.

Search-engine policy, website reporting, platform escalation, image-result removal and cache-refresh routes are separated and prioritized.

03
Action

Authorized requests are submitted.

Where representation is accepted, XRemovr submits and follows up under the limited authorization you provide.

04
Follow-up

You get a documented status trail.

Submissions, responses, removals, rejections and additional URLs stay organized instead of getting lost across different inboxes.

Privacy by design

Removing a leak should not create another copy of it.

The workflow is designed around data minimization. Sensitive evidence is only requested when it is reasonably necessary for a particular recipient or policy.

Start with URLs only

Minimum necessary data

We ask for the minimum information reasonably needed to identify the content and handle the request.

No password sharing

We do not need your email, social-media, cloud-storage or banking passwords to submit removal requests.

Limited authorization

The authorization is restricted to removal-related submissions and communications — not general legal representation.

Direct verification when safer

If a platform requires identity verification, the safer route may be for you to provide it directly to that platform.

FAQ

Before you start.

Exact eligibility depends on where the content appears and which removal policy applies.

No. Search engines, websites, hosts and platforms apply their own policies. XRemovr prepares, submits, documents and follows up on eligible requests.

Not by default. Start with the URLs and context. A screenshot or other evidence should only be requested when a specific recipient requires it.

Where the recipient accepts authorized representatives, yes. Some services can still require you to complete identity verification directly.

Usually not. Search removal reduces discoverability in that search engine. Removing the underlying page or file is a separate source-removal process.

Do not use the ordinary adult intake flow. Content involving a person who was under 18 requires dedicated child-safety reporting procedures.

Independent protection tools

Some protection steps should stay directly under your control.

For eligible adults, services such as StopNCII.org can provide an additional prevention layer. XRemovr can explain the process without taking possession of the intimate files used by that service.

Private case review

Start with the links. Keep exposure to a minimum.

Tell us where the content appears and what happened. Do not upload intimate media at the first step unless the case specifically requires it later.
