XRemovr is a service operated by Creafter LLC.
This Safety Policy explains the safeguards, limitations, and responsible-use standards that apply when using XRemovr.
Our service is designed for adults seeking assistance with intimate images, videos, manipulated sexual content, or sexual deepfakes that have been published, distributed, reposted, or exposed without their permission.
Adults Only
The standard XRemovr service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
XRemovr's ordinary intake and removal workflow is designed for affected persons who are 18 years of age or older.
Do not upload or send sexual material depicting a minor.
XRemovr's standard intake process must not be used to transmit sexual or intimate imagery depicting anyone who was under 18 when the material was created.
Cases involving a person who was under 18 require specialized child-safety reporting procedures rather than the ordinary adult removal workflow.
If submitted material appears to involve a minor, XRemovr may immediately stop ordinary case processing and take any steps required by applicable law.
Start With URLs, Not Intimate Files
In many cases, XRemovr does not need possession of the original intimate image or video to begin reviewing a case.
Clients should normally begin by providing:
- URLs where the reported content appears.
- Search-result URLs.
- Usernames, aliases, or creator names associated with the content.
- A brief description of what happened.
- Other non-explicit information reasonably necessary to identify the reported material.
Do not send intimate files unless specifically requested. If a particular search engine, website, platform, or other recipient requires evidence, XRemovr will determine what minimum additional information is reasonably necessary.
Consent to Create Is Not Consent to Distribute
Intimate content may have been created or initially shared consensually and still later be distributed without consent.
Examples may include:
Private sharing
An image sent privately is later uploaded or reposted publicly.
Private streams
A private stream or video session is recorded and distributed without permission.
Unauthorized copies
Intimate material is copied to mirrors, forums, or other services without authorization.
Relationship abuse
A current or former partner publishes private material without the affected person's permission.
XRemovr evaluates the reported publication or distribution separately from whether the original creation of the material was consensual.
Sexual Deepfakes and Manipulated Content
XRemovr may assist adults targeted by synthetic, manipulated, or AI-generated sexual imagery.
This may include material where a person's face, identity, likeness, or other identifying characteristics have been placed into or used to generate sexual content without permission.
Deepfake and manipulated-content removal procedures may differ from those used for genuine photographs or videos because individual platforms and search engines may apply separate policies.
Clients should accurately disclose when they know or reasonably believe that reported material is synthetic, generated, or digitally altered.
No Hacking or Unauthorized Access
XRemovr uses legitimate reporting, policy-enforcement, communication, removal, restriction, and de-indexing channels.
We do not:
We also do not threaten publishers, website operators, platform employees, or other third parties as a removal tactic.
No False or Abusive Reporting
Removal systems are intended to protect people from serious privacy violations and abuse.
You must not use XRemovr to make knowingly false claims or to misuse intimate-content removal procedures against unrelated lawful material.
XRemovr must not be used to falsely suppress:
We may refuse or terminate any case that appears fraudulent, retaliatory, deliberately misleading, or abusive.
Limited Representation
Where a search engine, website, platform, host, or other provider permits authorized representatives, XRemovr may act for the affected person under a limited authorization.
This authority is restricted to removal-related submissions, follow-up, and communications.
XRemovr does not require access to your social-media accounts, email accounts, cloud-storage accounts, or passwords in order to act as a limited removal representative.
Some services may require the affected individual to complete identity verification or another step personally.
Identity Protection
Government identification is not routinely required during XRemovr's initial case intake.
A third-party search engine, website, platform, or service may independently require identity verification.
Where practical, we may recommend that the affected person provide the required identification directly to the organization requesting it rather than sending an additional copy to XRemovr.
Our principle: collect fewer copies of sensitive identity documents whenever a safe and workable direct-verification route exists.
Privacy and Data Minimization
People seeking removal assistance are already dealing with a serious loss of privacy. Our procedures are designed to avoid creating unnecessary additional exposure.
We seek to:
- Collect only information reasonably necessary for the case.
- Limit access to sensitive case information.
- Avoid unnecessary copies of intimate material.
- Avoid placing sensitive personal information in ordinary logs or communications where reasonably practical.
- Share only information reasonably necessary for a removal request.
- Remove, anonymize, or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Additional information about personal-data handling is available in our Privacy Policy .
Third-Party Safety and Privacy Risks
Removal procedures operated by search engines, websites, platforms, hosts, and other third parties may have their own requirements and risks.
A third party may:
Where we identify a meaningful privacy or safety concern in a particular procedure, XRemovr may recommend a different submission route or ask the affected person to complete a step directly.
Direct Contact With Publishers or Uploaders
XRemovr does not encourage affected individuals to confront, threaten, or negotiate directly with people distributing their intimate content.
Where appropriate, formal reporting channels through the relevant platform, search engine, host, infrastructure provider, or website are generally preferred.
If direct communication appears likely to increase harassment, retaliation, extortion, or another safety risk, XRemovr may decline to use that route.
Extortion and Payment Demands
Clients should exercise extreme caution when a website, uploader, account holder, or other party demands payment in exchange for removing intimate content.
XRemovr does not facilitate ransom or blackmail payments.
We do not arrange or transmit payments intended to reward a person for publishing, threatening to publish, or continuing to distribute intimate material without permission.
Extortion, coercion, threats, or similar conduct may require assistance from law enforcement or a qualified legal professional outside the scope of XRemovr's standard removal service.
No Guarantee of Permanent Removal
Online content can be copied, downloaded, mirrored, cached, and reposted by independent third parties.
Successful removal from one website, platform, or search result does not guarantee that another copy will never appear elsewhere.
Where included in the applicable service scope, newly discovered URLs or copies may be reviewed and submitted through appropriate removal channels.
Emergency Situations
XRemovr is an online content-removal service and is not an emergency response organization.
Situations involving immediate physical danger, stalking, threats, extortion, coercion, or other urgent safety concerns may require assistance from appropriate local authorities or qualified professionals.
Where appropriate, XRemovr may continue handling the separate online-removal portion of a case.
Respectful Treatment
People affected by intimate-content abuse deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
XRemovr does not treat consensual creation of intimate content as consent to unauthorized distribution.
Our focus is whether the reported publication, reposting, distribution, indexing, or exposure occurred without the affected person's permission.
We expect clients, staff, contractors, and third parties interacting with XRemovr to communicate without harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
Refusal, Suspension, or Termination of Service
XRemovr may refuse, pause, or terminate a case where:
- The matter requires specialized child-safety handling.
- The request appears fraudulent or intentionally misleading.
- The person submitting the case lacks authority to act for the affected individual.
- The requested action would require hacking, impersonation, threats, surveillance, or other unlawful conduct.
- Continuing would create a material privacy, legal, security, or safety risk.
- The matter falls outside XRemovr's service scope.
- Applicable law prevents us from continuing.
Changes to This Policy
XRemovr may update this Safety Policy as our services, procedures, risks, or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
