Privacy Policy

How XRemovr collects, uses, protects, and minimizes personal information when providing intimate-content removal services.

Effective date: August 04, 2026 Operated by: Creafter LLC

Privacy is part of the service, not an afterthought.

XRemovr deals with highly sensitive situations. Our approach is to collect only the information reasonably necessary to review and process a case. Clients should not send intimate files unless they are specifically required for a particular removal process.

XRemovr is a service operated by Creafter LLC (“XRemovr,” “Creafter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information when you visit xremovr.com, contact us, or use XRemovr services.

XRemovr provides specialized assistance to adults seeking removal, de-indexing, restriction, or suppression of intimate images, videos, sexual deepfakes, and related content distributed without their consent.

01

Information We Collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with XRemovr.

Information You Provide

Depending on your interaction with XRemovr, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Other contact information you provide.
  • URLs where reported content appears.
  • Search-result URLs or search terms relevant to your case.
  • Usernames, creator names, aliases, or other identifiers connected to the reported content.
  • A description of what happened and why the reported distribution is unauthorized.
  • Screenshots or other evidence reasonably necessary to process a removal request.
  • Communications between you and XRemovr.
  • Limited authorization documents allowing Creafter LLC, operating XRemovr, to submit removal-related requests on your behalf.
  • Information required by a search engine, website, platform, host, or other service provider to evaluate a removal request.

Please do not send intimate images or videos by default. We strongly discourage clients from uploading or emailing explicit material unless we specifically explain why it is required for a particular removal submission.

Technical Information

When you use our website, we may automatically receive limited technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Operating system
  • Referring pages
  • Pages visited
  • Date and time of access
  • Security, diagnostic, and error logs

This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

02

Highly Sensitive Information

A case may reveal information relating to a person's identity, private life, sexual life, or intimate content.

We treat this category of information as highly sensitive. Our objective is to process the minimum amount of sensitive information reasonably necessary to handle a case.

Where applicable law requires additional consent or another specific lawful basis for processing sensitive personal information, we will rely on the appropriate lawful basis.

03

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Review whether a reported case falls within the scope of XRemovr services.
  • Identify relevant search engines, websites, platforms, hosts, or service providers.
  • Prepare and submit removal, de-indexing, delisting, restriction, suppression, or similar requests.
  • Communicate with third parties concerning those requests.
  • Follow up on pending submissions.
  • Maintain records of submissions and responses.
  • Communicate with clients about their cases.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, impersonation, and false reporting.
  • Secure and operate our website and systems.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect legal rights.
XRemovr does not use client case information to advertise intimate content or publicly identify affected individuals.
04

Authorized Representation

Where permitted by the receiving service, XRemovr may submit removal requests as the client's limited authorized representative.

The authorization applies only to removal-related activities described in the applicable authorization document or service agreement.

It does not authorize XRemovr to access a client's accounts, passwords, private messages, financial accounts, or services unrelated to the removal request.

Some platforms may require the affected person to complete identity verification or another step directly.

Where reasonably possible, we prefer that highly sensitive identity documents be provided directly to the requesting platform rather than collected by XRemovr.

05

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose limited personal information when reasonably necessary to perform the service.

Recipients may include:

  • Search engines.
  • Websites and online platforms.
  • Hosting providers and infrastructure providers.
  • Other entities responsible for hosting, indexing, distributing, or restricting the reported content.
  • Service providers supporting our business operations.
  • Professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

We attempt to disclose only the information necessary for the relevant request.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, court order, or lawful government request.

06

No Sale of Personal Information

XRemovr does not sell personal information.

We do not sell client case information, intimate-content information, removal histories, or authorization documents to advertisers or data brokers.

07

Identity Documents

XRemovr does not routinely require passports, national identity cards, or similar government identification as part of initial case intake.

Some third-party services may independently require identity verification. When possible, clients should submit such documents directly to the service requesting verification.

If XRemovr must receive identity information for a specific case, we seek to collect only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

08

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for website functionality, security, session management, preferences, and fraud prevention.

If optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies are introduced, we will provide additional disclosures and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

09

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no internet-based system or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Clients should avoid sending sensitive material that is not necessary for their case.

10

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

  • Providing and documenting the requested service.
  • Following up on pending removal requests.
  • Preventing fraud or abuse.
  • Resolving disputes.
  • Maintaining legally necessary business records.
  • Complying with applicable law.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of according to our retention procedures. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

11

International Processing

XRemovr is operated by Creafter LLC in the United States.

If you access XRemovr from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate legal mechanisms.

12

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request:

Access
Correction
Deletion
Restriction of processing
Objection to certain processing
Data portability
Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.

13

Children

XRemovr's standard service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.

Our ordinary intake process must not be used to upload or transmit sexual or intimate material depicting a person who was under 18 when the material was created.

Cases involving minors require specialized child-safety reporting procedures.

14

Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to third-party websites and services.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. XRemovr is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

15

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
