- Contacting websites, platforms, hosts, infrastructure providers, or other relevant services.
- Requesting removal, de-indexing, delisting, restriction, suppression, or cache updates.
- Following up on submitted requests.
- Documenting responses and outcomes.
XRemovr is not a general reputation-management agency. Our standard service is focused specifically on intimate content shared or distributed without the affected person's permission.
No Guaranteed Removal
XRemovr does not control search engines, websites, hosts, social networks, platforms, or other third parties.
Those organizations make their own decisions according to their policies, evidence requirements, applicable laws, technical systems, and internal review processes.

- Removal of any particular URL or file.
- De-indexing by any particular search engine.
- A specific processing or response time.
- Permanent removal of material.
- Prevention of future reposts or mirrors.
- Acceptance of a request by a third party.
Fees paid to XRemovr compensate us for the agreed work performed, including review, preparation, submission, documentation, and follow-up. They are not payment for a guaranteed third-party outcome.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement to use XRemovr's standard service.
A case may be submitted only where:
- You are the affected person; or
- You are validly authorized to act on behalf of the affected person.
You may not impersonate another person or submit removal requests without appropriate authority.
Your Representations
By submitting a case, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

- You are the person depicted, identified, or falsely portrayed in the reported content, or you are authorized to act for that person.
- The reported publication, distribution, reposting, indexing, or availability occurred without the affected person's consent.
- Any consent to create or privately share the material did not necessarily include consent to the reported third-party distribution.

Sensitive Content
Do not send intimate images or videos unless they are specifically required.

Cases involving minors require specialized child-safety procedures and must not be handled through the ordinary adult intake process.
Identity Verification
XRemovr does not routinely require government identification during initial case intake.
A search engine, website, platform, or other third party may independently require identity verification.
Where practical, we may ask you to complete verification directly with that third party rather than sending your identity document to us.
